Seiryuu : Azure Dragon of East, which rules over Eastern direction and represents Wood element (of 5 chinese elements), Spring season (of 4 seasons), and the virtue property. Supports and maintains the country (controls rain, symbol of the Emperor’s power).

Abilities:

Controlling Water: Can control water around him, including moisture, and rain. He usually uses this ability to support spring, sprouting the plants around. He can only control water and he can't appearing water.

Growing some plants: He actually can grows some plants even huge trees but since he was born with human's blood as well, this ability is incomplete and he can only grows flowers.

Easy Going | Cheerful | Playful | Expressive | Mischievous | Bold | Sensitive | Rebellious | Protective

An easy going type and totally cheerful Seiryuu. Dojo is the only place where you could see him strict to the rules, while in the other hand He has a rebellious side and never get bored to play which made him looks not mature enough. He’s an expressive guy, so you could see either he’s happy or sad just by looking from his face.

You can say He’s a bold person, a guy who will shamelessly do what he wants and clearly speak out what in his mind, despite of that He’s actually quite sensitive. Kou knows well where’s his limitation, which means he knows when he should stop throw out some jokes or when he should gets serious, depends on his interlocutor. Surprisingly when He likes something or somebody too much he will get protective without he even notice it.

Story:

Lived in a noble Seiryuu family, Kou have been trained to be a good successor, to maintain a country by supports spring. Born from a mere human mother and a prideful Seiryuu, the young Kou couldn’t appearing water, a fatal shortfall for a successor who carried their job for the nature. At first his father still have a faith on him that he could perfectly appearing water just like the descent of Seiryuu should be.

But that day never come, His father even called a famous oracle from the demon clan to predict their family future if Kou take the lead. The result didn't even pleased the prideful Seiryuu, wreaked his anger to the demon, while Kou who couldn't stop his father suddenly shed tears when saw the demon being cursed by his father.

As the time goes by, Noticed a fatal shortfall in Kou as a successor and having a step brother who could perfectly appearing and control water, his father has give up on Kou and put a full hope to his step brother, didn't even show some careness to Kou as his own son.

In despair, Kou had given up to be a successor of his family, not only because of his shortfall, His ability to ‘Hearing nature’s sound’ didn’t even pleased him. He felt the nature was like mocking him for being a useless son, sounds of the suffering animals or even some scream from the rotten and thirsty plants were haunted him as well, gave him a goosebump.  His mother was the only person who keep support him, told him that his ability could make him help and understand more about nature.

Without his conscious, his mother dojo already be a part of his life as well. Sadly a mere human’s age will never keep up the spirit‘s age, His mother was passed away in his 50th ages, leaving a note for him to find a better life in a place where every spirits are welcome, Okumatta.

Kou ran away from his house, found a place called Okumatta just like his mother said and become a dojo instructor there.

Additional Info's: 

 Has pale skin and cold temperature body.
 A sensitive person indeed. Could shed tears easily when he sees someone’s sad or when he heard some terrible problem.
 Could give a hug all of sudden when he extremely happy.
 He usually talks with high tones, it’s not because he gets mad, it’s just the way he talks to others 8’D
 Actually not quite fond with violence but He’ll do it if he have to.
 When He didn’t give a lesson, He will spend his time cleaning Dojo or take a walk around the town.
 A Katana that He always brings was actually his mother’s heritage.
For those who has horn and tail beware... He think those things are adorable so he might touch it. _//killed
 Sometimes when He’s alone, He might get afraid hearing some suffering nature’s sounds around him, sounds pity and horrible for him so he might get blank for a moment or he might even shed tears unconsciously.
