Weapons: 
Cyborg Abilities :
Got the abilities after being his father’s first Cyborg experiment. Both of his arms had been replaced with machine which gladly waterproof, from his elbows to the tip of his fingers. Same goes to both of his legs, from his knee to his toes had been replaced with machine as well. Unfortunately those parts are not covered with such a skin thingy like most of the Cyborg should be. Let’s just say it’s a failure part of the first experiment. So the plus and minus?
(+) Has massive strength.
(+) Has no nerves that feel the pain on both of his android arms and legs, it’s quite useful when he have to fight in bare hands. 
(+) Apparently his mechanical hands and legs were able to touch the spirits so he basically fight the spirits with it although he still didn't know for sure why his father could make that kind of attribute.
(+) His toes could actually pull out black claws, almost looks like beast's claws, so doing some kicks might hurt more painful when he’s not wearing any footwear.

(-)  His android’s materials could absorb the heat easily so when it’s overheat He will reach his bad conditions, it will slow down his movements as well.
(-)  Need a maintenance once in a while or it will drop down the performance, worse comes to worst he won't be able to move his arms and legs

A-FAN :
You might found Zion with a big electric fan most of the times, since he could carry it out like a huge backpack wherever he goes, and guess what? That rechargeable Fan is actually one of his weapons. 
With diameter around 60 cm, inside 70 cm x 68 cm box, it does useful to help him chill out. The box is strong enough to handle the bullets (if we’re talking about some tiny normal bullet here… it is bulletproof).
Okay, The Fan Blades is the real weapon here. He could get it off from the box, use it like a bat or even throw it like a shot put thingy or simply like a giant Frisbee.
Basically those five fan blades have a density like ordinary fan blades, yeah it’s not that sharp but it still give a super “ouch” sound when he hit you with it since it made from steel, unless he throw it fast enough to give a scratch or break some bones. The Blade works like an ordinary fan blade or a piece junky steel for people but will work like 5 sharp blades for the ghosts, like it could give some severe injuries to them. Apparently the fan blade have almost the same material with his cyborg parts which could touch the ghosts.
Zion also brings chains around 5 meter long on mission and attached it to his fan, in order to get the fan back easily, once he throw it.
Now talk about the minus:
(-) Not an instant weapon that could be ready for him anytime, unless he brings it without the box.
(-) It’s quite big so he might don’t bring it in the undercover mission.

A Food lover who don’t like silent situation, but sadly not as cheerful as chihuahua. 
Now Zion here is not a guy who will jump out of nowhere and be hero of the day when you’re in trouble, in fact this lazy guy will just sit on the corner, munching some popcorns and give a big applause for 'the show’. Zion doesn’t have any intention to help you out unless he thought you’re important enough for him in his case people who cooks well are worth enough to be helped. He never even thinks to give a good first impression. 
Whether He knows you or not, How high your rank, He will keep acting like he used to be, talk as he pleased, less politeness, throw out some lame jokes, nagging around, but despite of all Zion is a sharp observer, a guy who actually concern to people around him but strangely show it with a rough way. 

He's not quite pleased with too serious situation and actually would be more pleased to mingle with those who has a good joke. This guy also don't like to see people go rushing on doing something since He likes to do anything in such a relaxed way (what?) and when He see you go rushing all over, He will definitely tell you to slow your pace like, "Wow wow Slow down...Hey! take it easy man, it's not like you're going to dead right?"
His lazy side prevent him to be a 'core-player’ or throw himself into your business, He will most likely choose to just sit down and observing you, watching your way to solve the problems and take a note from your actions. However, He won’t hesitate to step in when the problems come right strike to him, although He might use a harsh way somehow to get it done.

He usually could handle almost all situation smoothly, but as his father's first Cyborg experiment which carrying some failures, Zion is not as good as most of Cyborg and somehow the failures give an impact to his behaviour. Being a Cyborg who can’t barely take the heat, Zion won’t be able to think clearly when he’s overheat, he will tends to forget a lot of things, his irritability personality will get worse, and he could get provoked easily in this condition. Which is why that big fan plays an important role in his life, to cool him up.

He will messing your hair, hit your back or even ranting at you, the more He create some kind of antagonistic atmospehere around you the more he actually concern about you, if he don't like you he will just simply ignoring you. So it might be hard to understand him and he might scold about every single thing you do that looks uncomfortable to him but I’ll tell you, once He observe you well enough, notice that you trust him and if He trust you back, He will be a faithful noisy buddy.

History: 

Born in King city, Zion live with his parents, his older brother and his younger sister. His father was a mechanical engineer who works for the government. They looked as normal as most of the loving family should be, but not normal enough for Zion. Things never got right for him ever since he was a kid as he saw there weren't only the five of them who live in their house, ‘The Unknown Creatures’ which actually should not be visible for ordinary people live among of them. Their existence were never bothered him actually, in fact he treat them as friends.
Some looks like a kid, some looks like an old man, and some looks not quite far from the black smoke, He talked a lot with them about school, family, and believed how harmless they were. His parents were not frustrated enough to call him an autism, assumed he just talked with his imaginary friends, hoping he will act like a normal boy when he grow up.

Everything started to change on the day when some personal issues made his father got fired from his job. His father was stressed, even shut himself in the basement with all his mechanical stuffs. It was on his 18^th years when he saw his father acting like a madman, and it was the same time when he saw a pitch black thing around his father, believed ‘that thing’ won’t harm people and have no clue what it was, Zion leaved it as it be.
After that day, his father wasted most of his time like a crazy in the basement, doing some stuffs that Zion didn’t even want to try to figure it out because how secretive his father. Lots of fights happened between his parents until his mother and his sister ran away with their cash, leaving Zion who had to do a part-time job in his 19^th years as a construction laborer along with his brother, to gather up enough money, to simply continue their life or even to take their father to the hospital, after thought how sick his mental.

Not much conversation going on between Zion and his father, if Zion and his brother told him to “get some life old man” the next thing will happen: His father will go nuts, rant to them to leave him alone while throwing some metals or any materials he could grab in his basement. What Zion knows that the old man also talked about nonsense every time He bring down a food three times a day, talked about how his father wants him to become his cyborg experiment subject and of course Zion never take it literally.
“ha… ha… yeaaa... funny idea dad, now eat something to refresh your junky brain”

One day the head of the constructor took them to an abandoned house, well let’s just say it’s also haunted. He told them to destroy the house in the next two days, an idea to build a mini market on that place. The idea soon got refused by Zion when he noticed there were a lot of ‘creatures’ live there which actually invisible to the other constructors except himself in that house, of course it’s because he didn’t want to destroy their home.
While there was suddenly a debate between he and the head of the constructor, some of the ceiling collapsed and almost fall on both of them if only Zion’s brother didn’t push them away. So the head of the constructor was okay, as for Zion he was fall down and another broken ceiling fall on both of his shanks while his brother? Sadly he couldn’t be helped, He died after got buried in the fallen ceiling.

The incident made both of Zion’s leg paralyzed. Lost his brother and go all over the place with a wheelchair was desperate enough for him to accept his father’s offer, an offer to be a cyborg experiment subject with expectations to be able to walk again.
Well he sure got what he wants but thing goes out of his plan as he woke up and found out not only his leg were replaced by machine but same goes to both of his arm, claws on his foots didn't pleased him as well. While Zion got mad, his father just give a creepy smile, explained how overwhelming happy he is because he finally have a subject for his experiment.

Things got worse when a few days later, a bunch of polices came to their house, about to arrest his father for making and selling illegal weapons all this time secretly from Zion and his brother. Zion was shocked indeed but what shocked him the most was his father who suddenly started crying and explained He didn’t remember doing such things, so let’s make it short: His father was actually being possessed by a spirit, it started when he was stressed after got fired and it's trolling his life. 
Zion might not understand what exactly is spirit and what is being possessed, but one thing he knew for sure the pitch black thing has something to do with this, as his father got his sane back after that thing was no where to be found around him. With an aim to defend his father, Zion have a fight with polices, told them what he actually saw and how his father was not being himself all this time.

Apparently all his words and his cyborg appearance were not good enough to make his father out from the punishment. Before he realised that he was actually digging his own grave, Zion was labeled as the ‘threat’ of the government, for harm the authorities and to be precise a punishment for being able to see the spirits. Soon he found out himself in the underwater prisoner, after got separated from his father in the process of being arrested. It was the time when a white haired tall man approached him, offering a place as a student of phantom mafia called NOCTIS. He will do whatever it cost to go out from that hellish prison and he gladly accepted the offer, give a shot to Internal Affairs department, if He's not lazy enough //NOOO.

Extra Info: NOT A COOL GUY JUST A LAZY GUY

• Since He didn't have some nerve in his hands and legs, Zion can't sense people who touch his hands or legs without he seeing them, he can't feel human's body temperature with it either. 
• The Heat Gauge on his hands and legs turn it's colour to reddish black with black fragments coming out from it once it touch the ghost.
• His mask is a goggle-mask which can be separated and turn it into a goggle-like, just simply combine the two parts back for the complete form. The reason he choose it? Nothing more than for being able to eat on the mission yo! //hit
  
• All the heat he felt every time he do some heavy jobs with his arms and legs or when he overheat burned his skin and leave some burn marks on his skin around the android parts.
  
• The only job he won’t get lazy because of it is observing people, and sometimes he likes to do unpredictable things to test them out.
  
• Likes to play with kids because how innocent they are but in fact he never try to approach them again ever since He scared them off like three times due to his dark cyborg appearances thingy the third time he got slapped by the kid’s mom, He didn’t have any intention to do it but apparently his punk face, tall body, super heavy voice and even his hazel eyes aren’t helping at all.
• Actually he could cook damn well but… HE’S JUST THAT LAZY.
  
• Can't stand to see people crying, He might scold them and He will do anything to make them shut up.
• Likes to wear an outfit with a lot of pockets on it, so he could bring around some candies, bubblegum, lollipops, or even chocolates. No worries, He don't mind to share some for you, just tell him your favourite flavours //slapped
• Believe me, that bag on his left leg is actually an extra space for candies.
• When he’s not on duty he will waste his time dozing off in front of his fan.
  
• Have a lot pair of shoes, since he usually fights barefoot when he goes serious, and his shoes? It happens to leave behind or he lost it somewhere.
  
• I gotta tell you, He’s not a supaaaa dupaaa muscle guy or such but all the machines on his body add his weight.
• Not quite like to helps people but surprisingly he will help you out to take heavy stuffs, So if you need a hand to lift up some heavy items? CALL 171! //slapped
