An arrogant mastermind in short. Having a sarcastic mouth and addressed others with anything that made them sound lower than he is were enough reasons to make the crowd took steps away from him. He’s an excellent tactical who never afraid to speak out his mind, thinking every possibilities including other’s potential to maximize his plan. Unconsciously observing others to figure out the best ‘role’ for them. Lucca tends to turn down anything, including his own feelings that might possible to mess up the missions. Drowned by an urge to finish the missions without any failure before The Upper-Head decided to cut off treatments for his mother.

[A]bility : 

IGNATIOS itself aware by Cyber Phantom's ability to make them invisible around human who don’t have sixth sense. Another result from the experiment, they marked those who succeed with a play and pause shaped tattoo beneath the agent's eye and called this ability as Pellucid Eye: Lucca’s left eye has a better vision to see Cyber Phantom than average human. His left eye will let out a cyber diagram every time he activated his Pellucid Eye. This ability also allowed him to get a better vision when aiming on Cyber Phantom in really long distance with his weapon, 00-Snatcher. A solid and heavy looking rifle, equipped with a medium-lenght sword hidden in the right side.

[Q]uick Background Stories : 

• Had a loving and caring family in Amatrix City, until a car accident killed his father and his little sister, while his mother barely alive in blind and coma state. It happened in his second semester at a college music department, he soon dropped out without saying any words to his best friend, trying to fulfill treatments for his mother.
• Convinced by his aunt who work as a medic in IGNATIOS. He joined IGNATIOS with a certain requirement: They will give treatments for his mother. The Upper-head (IGNATIOS’ Leader) accepted it as Lucca was the only succeeded experiment which increased his thinking as well as his memorising ability, almost close to photographic memory. Thus Lucca got MPB tattoo on his neck which stand for "Memory Boost Pioneer".
  
• Unfortunately, his mother lost her memories when she awake and although it hurt him a lot, Lucca decided to leave it as it was. He introduced himself as her friend, so his mother didn't fall to grief for the death of her two family members, or that's what he belief.
  
• He got a bad record when his plan end up killed his partner. Still want to make Lucca ‘in use’, The Upper-Head gave him another chance: Dropped down his rank from Inspector to Terminator with a troublesome ex-criminal as his new partner.
  

[E]xtras – [P]resent Behaviour :

• A cold and arrogant bastard, casually addressed others with "lowly-being' or such. Unless to people he consider important enough, He will call them by their name.
• He has quite long eyelash and really annoyed when people say his eyes look girly because of it.
• Lucca loves to read, even read children’s storybooks. It reminds him of stories that his mother used to read for him.
• He’s quite often come to a small library which located 3 blocks away from his apartment, even the owner knows him and let him play an old piano there.
• He always came to visit his mother who still got a treatment in the infirmary once in a day. He smiles a lot around her and around kids as they remind him of his little sister.
• Although the other agents hate him for his arrogant behave, Lucca still respected for being a mastermind and skillful with both close and long range combat. His aunt taught him a lot about combats.
• Sometimes he got overwork by himself and sleep at his working space in the HQ.
  
• Lucca was born with heterochromia eyes, but the colour difference is really slight and not much people noticed about it, seems like Jacques is an exception in this.

[R]elationship : [From the order He closed with the most]

Jacques Leovadie:

A partner in lots of circumstance even when off-mission. Jacques was one of few people he considered valuable enough to call by their name. Their first encounter leave a bad trace in Lucca’s mind for made him being forced to stop this wild guy beating up another agent in the HQ. Witnessed for lots of potential in Jacques, Lucca always listen to Jacques' opinion as he realised this guy knows better about how criminals think than any other agents.

Although they spar a lot, Lucca didn’t particularly hate him and slowly enjoy his persistent companion or how Jacques care about his health. Jacques’ curious attitude towards him still annoyed him the most especially after he caught this guy followed him to the infirmary when he was about to visit his mother. In the end he let Jacques meet his mother in condition: He’s not allowed to ask anything about her. 

Venn Lysander aka. Xenos:

Best friend when he was in college. Lucca knows well that Venn didn’t like how violent Ignatios and leave him without any words.  Surprisingly they meet again when Venn was visiting his favorite library together with Asher. Shut his longing feeling, Lucca end up treated him coldly, hoping he would stay out of any dangerous around him. Apparently Venn still searched for one way to another in order to contact him. 

Asher Delaine aka. Hazard:

A person he met once in a while at his favorite library. Lucca could read clearly how afraid this boy when talked to him. Although he keep turned him down when he asking about his friendship with Venn, Lucca actually feel comfortable around him when they talk about children’s storybook.

Reaghan Fremont aka. Regan Hackett:

A hacker he hate the most. Regan was the one who messed up his plan in a mission where he got his previous partner killed and let a vicious Tamer slide. It still surprised him how this hacker followed him to the convenient store and revealed all of it by himself. Lucca describes him as a person who only seek trouble for his own pleasure, sternly said he won’t let Regan messed his plan ever again if he happened to deal with Regan’s client in the future.
